If it's water-resistant, how do I wash it?Updated a year ago
Washing water-resistant clothes is absolutely fine. It's important to note that water resistance doesn't make the garment completely waterproof, meaning it can still absorb water to some extent.
For Washing
- Hand-wash or machine-wash in cold water using a regular cycle.
- Wash with similar colors only.
- Gently squeeze out excess water or lay the item flat on a towel to absorb excess moisture.
- Air-dry.
Avoid
- Do not use bleach.
- Avoid tumble drying.
- Do not use hot water.
Please be aware: We advise against tumble drying as it has the potential to cause wrinkles. However, the choice is yours. If you opt for tumble drying, ensure it's on a low heat setting to avoid any impact on the stain and water-repellent properties.
