Our return portal is currently under development. 😎 However, we're excited to announce that it is now accessible for our valued customers in the US, Canada, and the UK.

Here's how you can initiate a return: 

1. Visit the Loop return portal at https://textale.loopreturns.com/#/.
2. Enter your Order Number, which can be found in your order receipt or email confirmation.
3. Provide the email address registered with your order.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process.
5. For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photographs as evidence. Failure to provide accurate photos may lead to the rejection/cancellation of the request.
